Easy Qi Gong and Tai Chi

Join Eilleen Yorysh for an hour of movement breath and visualization techniques blended together to create a movement meditation. Experience a harmonious integration of body mind and spirit with these culturally influenced techniques. 

Eilleen will share gentle breath work with 5 easy to remember postures so you can take this simple practice home. This is a free event

Drum Circle 101

Puppet Show

A performance of interactive puppetry, verse, storytelling and music.

Traditional Norwegian instruments and narrative are woven with contemporary and relevant themes brought to life through Sarah’s intricate word-smithing and hand felted puppetry. This experience will both entertain the youngest and challenge the oldest. This is a Free Event.
